Cadet Emersyn Cox, a senior in the Beavercreek High School Air Force Junior ROTC program, has been awarded the J-100 AFJROTC Character-in-Leadership Scholarship. She was 1 of 100 AFJROTC cadets from around the world to receive the full 4-year ROTC college scholarship that includes full tuition, room and board, and an annual book stipend valued at over $120,000. Recipients of the scholarship had to meet both academic and physical fitness standards and had to meet an intense Leadership Evaluation Board panel interview. Cadet Cox currently serves as the Mission Support Commander for the AFJROTC program. She will be attending Ohio University in the fall. We are so proud of Emme's accomplishments and our Air Force Junior ROTC program! Congratulations!
