BCSD Tips App

Via a free app, text message, or online form, all tips are submitted to school administration and will be investigated as thoroughly as possible given the information received. If students or parents have an urgent crisis, such as they believe a friend, classmate, or self are in imminent danger, they should call 911 or reach out immediately to the Beavercreek City Police Department.
How Do I Use the BCSD Tips App?
The BCSD Tips App can be downloaded for free via the Google Play Store, iTunes App Store. After downloading and installing the app, you can access and utilize the online tips system. All tips that are submitted are 100% anonymous, as the technology removes all identifying information before administrators see the tips and there is no way to identify the sender. Once someone sends a tip, campus officials receive it immediately and can respond back to create an anonymous two-way conversation.
Can I Submit a Tip Without the App?
Those who prefer not to use the BCSD Tips App can text tips anonymously to school officials by using their school’s unique keyword. Simply send a text message to 847411, begin the message with one of the following keywords, type in the information you wish to share, and hit send. This will create an anonymous, two-way text conversation that administrators are able to respond to in real-time.
