Master Facility Plan

Process Begins To Address Growth

The Beavercreek City School District has initiated the creation of a master facility plan that will address projected student enrollment growth. When completed, the plan will be a blueprint with specific recommendations that satisfy the need for additional learning space well into the future. It is anticipated that the final plan and its contents will help our district deal with facility issues that arise from an ever-growing and diverse student population.

It is imperative that the Beavercreek community understands its role in this process. The final draft of the master facility plan will be based on the input, opinion, and vision of our residents. The leadership team from Beavercreek City Schools is prepared to facilitate the process in order to help create the best possible plan but the final draft belongs to the Beavercreek community. Ultimately, each Beavercreek taxpayer owns the facilities in their school district, they should own its master facility plan.

To assist in this process, Beavercreek City Schools has enlisted the guidance of SHP Leading Design, an architecture and consulting firm based in Columbus, Ohio. The expertise this firm brings to the process will help create a final plan that addresses the needs of our community.
