Pay to Participate Information

2021-2022 Pay to Participate Fees and Due Dates

Note: Pay to Participate Fees are not eligible for payment plans or waivers.

Amounts:

Beavercreek High School and Ferguson Hall Fees:

  • Per-Sport Fee: $250.00

  • Individual Cap: $500.00

  • Family Cap: $750.00*

Ankeney and Coy Middle Schools Fees:

  • Per-Sport Fee: $150.00

  • Individual Cap: $300.00

  • Family Cap: $750.00*

*It is the responsibility of the family to contact Carol Bysak at 937-458-2468 in the BHS Main Office if the family maximum has been reached. 

Due Dates:

Beavercreek High School and Ferguson Hall 2021-22 PTP Fee Dues Dates:

  • Fall: fees posted online August 31st with beginning of the year school fees; due Sept 3rd

  • Winter: due Nov 8th for most winter sports; Nov 18 for Wrestling and Cheerleading 

  • Spring: due Feb 28th for most spring sports; March 14th Boys Volleyball, Tennis and Track & Field

How to Pay:

Pay 10TH - 12TH Grade Fees:

  • Option 1: Pay online via EZPay (only for students who attend Beavercreek City Schools in person or virtually)

  • Option 2: Credit card payments may be made over the phone to Mrs. Carol Bysak - call 937.458.2468

  • Option 3: Cash or check payments for grades 10-12 may be sent in to Mrs. Bysak at BHS main office.

Pay 9TH Grade Fees:

  • Option 1: Pay online via EZPay

  • Option 2: Credit card payments may be made over the phone: Call Ferguson Hall 937.458.2345

  • Option 3: Cash or check payments for Ferguson Hall students may be sent in to the Ferguson Hall office.

Pay Middle School Fees:

  • Option 1: Online via EZPay

  • Option 2: Credit card payments may be made over the phone - call the main office of your student's middle school once due dates are determine

  • Option 3: Cash or check payments for middle school students may be taken into the main office of your student's middle school.
