Transportation

Providing safe transportation for children to and from school and school-related activities is the top priority of the Beavercreek City Schools' Transportation Department.  We accomplish this through ongoing safety training meetings which are held throughout the school year.

Transportation Services operates a fleet of 103 school buses that carry more than 5,400 Beavercreek students to and from their homes each day. Drivers transport students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as children in the District’s preschool program. Drivers also provide transportation for students that attend ten local private schools, two community schools, five additional public schools, and twelve daycare centers.

Bus safety is also a priority for Beavercreek Schools.  For this reason and to ensure the student safety at the bus stop, we ask that your student(s) be at the assigned bus stop 5 to 7 minutes before and after the posted time.  Drivers also work in partnership with District Kindergarten teachers and parents to educate students about proper behavior.  Children are expected to obey their drivers at all times.  Failure to obey drivers or abide by rules may result in disciplinary action or the loss of riding privileges.

For your ease in accessing your student's Bus Route information, please visit the Bus Assignment eLink on the Transportation home page starting in early August.  For employment opportunities, see the Employment Opportunity link.

We take pride in providing transportation for your student(s).  However, if you do need additional information regarding transportation policies, or if other questions may arise, please contact the Transportation office at 429-7531, option 1.
