Dear BCS Families,

This is a friendly reminder to complete the 2026/2027 Transportation Request Form for each student who will need district transportation by April 21, 2026.

Bus routes are created each year based only on submitted requests, and students are not automatically assigned to a bus. Submitting this form on time ensures your child is included in route planning.

A few important reminders:
• Transportation to alternate locations must remain within your student’s school boundary
• If your transportation needs change, please resubmit the form
• Families in a transport zone who do not need service should still complete the form to decline
• Intradistrict transfer students are not eligible for transportation
• Families in non-transport zones do not need to complete the form

If you have a student requiring special transportation, please contact your child’s building. For preschool transportation, contact Kristine Montague at kristine.montague@gocreek.org
