Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered the closure of all K-12 schools in Ohio through May 1st. District administration will meet this week to discuss how the remainder of this school year will take shape and the expectations it holds for students. This week’s scheduled online learning will move forward as planned.
During this time, it is important to remember that all school district facilities and areas located on school grounds are closed to the public, our families, and staff until the state of Ohio’s ordered quarantine has been lifted. For the safety and well-being of the Beavercreek community and our fellow Ohioans, we ask that you maintain social distancing and refrain from gathering on school property.
The coronavirus pandemic will force all of us to remain flexible in the weeks ahead. Beavercreek City Schools will continue to work diligently to meet the needs of our students through these challenging times. If new developments further alter the course of our school year, we will communicate them to you in a timely manner.
