Attention 10th and 11th Grade Students,
The PSAT (practice SAT test) will be offered this October in a DIGITAL version. This is an optional test that can give you an idea of how you would do on the actual SAT. As an 11th grader, it also is the qualifying test to enter the National Merit Scholarship competition.
All testing will occur at BHS during school hours. There will be four testing sessions to choose from:
Session 1: Friday 10/13 8:30-11:30am (No school this day)
Session 2: Friday 10/13 12:00-3:00pm (No school this day)
Session 3: Weds 10/18 11:30am-2:30pm
Session 4: Tues 10/24 8:30-11:30am
When you register you will be selecting your testing session from a SignUp Genius link.
You will be unable to leave early from your testing session, so plan accordingly.
The cost of the test is $25. Spots are limited and will be on a first registered AND PAID, first served basis.
Registration is a three part process:
Beginning Wednesday, 8/23, registration will open using a google form found here: https://tinyurl.com/BHSPSAT2023
As part of the google form process, you will click a link for a SignUp Genius page to register for your choice of testing session.
After you have completed registration, log on to PaySchool and choose the PSAT fee under “optional fees” and add it to your cart and checkout.
You can pay in person in the main office at BHS with cash, check or credit card if you wish to avoid the PaySchool convenience fee.
**Your registration is NOT considered complete until ALL of these steps have been completed.
Registration will be open from 8/23 through 9/8 or until spots sell out.
