Master Facilities Plan & Enrollment Data

Planning for the Future of Beavercreek City Schools

Beavercreek City Schools is committed to providing safe, efficient, and high-quality learning environments that meet the needs of our students today and in the future. Through long-range facilities planning and enrollment analysis, the district works to ensure that our schools can continue to support educational excellence while responding to changing enrollment patterns and community growth.

The Master Facilities Plan serves as a roadmap for evaluating district facilities, enrollment trends, infrastructure needs, and future opportunities. Community input plays a critical role in this process and helps guide decision-making as we plan for the future of Beavercreek City Schools.

2026 Master Facilities Plan Update

The development of a new Master Facilities Plan began in January 2026. As part of the planning process, the district has gathered feedback through:

  • Community focus groups
  • Stakeholder discussions
  • A public Community Forum held on March 12, 2026
  • A community feedback survey that closed on April 13, 2026

We appreciate the valuable input provided by our students, families, staff, and community members throughout this process.
