Apps Requiring Additional Consent

To provide a robust education experience, BCS provides access to Google, Microsoft, and Adobe products for students and staff. Listed below are the apps and services provided by these products as well as information about the data they collect to create your child's account. Your consent for these products is collected annually via OneView.

  • BCS uses Google Workspace for Education to provide productivity tools for staff and students. Using their Google Workspace for Education accounts, students may access and use the following core services offered by Google. More information can be found here.

  • BCS uses Microsoft to provide productivity tools for staff and students. Using their Microsoft MS365 accounts, students may access and use the following web-based apps provided by Microsoft.

  • If your child is in a class or group using a resource that requires specific parental consent, the teacher or activity advisor will share information about those systems and collect your consent through ParentSquare.
