Coaching Requirements

The Beavercreek Board of Education requires that all coaches and volunteer coaches complete and submit verification of completion of the following to Human Resources  before starting their assignment: 

  1. Coaches Tool Chest - New yearly certification

  2. Pupil Activity Permit  - Through the Ohio Department of Education

  3. Background Check - please schedule a background check here: Link for Fingerprint Calendar

Volunteer Coaches must also first read the Volunteer Handout form and complete a Volunteer Release Form and submit this to the Athletic Office prior to starting the coaching requirements. 

Fingerprinting must be completed through the Beavercreek City Schools Central Office before any student supervision begins. For volunteers, there is no fee, and for contracted coaches, the fee is $47.25.
