DISTRICT MOVING TO ONE CONSOLIDATED MEAL AND STUDENT FEE SYSTEM

Beavercreek City Schools is excited to announce we are moving from our current payment system, EZPay, to PaySchools Central. 

By making this switch, our families will no longer have separate logins for school lunch fees and student fees. With PaySchools Central these tasks will be consolidated into one central account. 

Please be advised that beginning April 12 at noon EZPay will no longer accept any new payments. However, starting April 15, PaySchools Central will be active and ready to accept new payments. This is being done to ensure there is no overlapping of funds.  All remaining EZPay balances will be automatically transferred to PaySchools. 

You can get a head start on making sure there is no disruption to your child’s meal payments by setting up your PaySchools account today! You can also download the app by searching for PaySchools in your app store. Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, all student fees will be paid for using the PaySchools system.

Please note that for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year, BCS will cover the convenience fee for credit card payments. Families are encouraged to plan ahead for the fees for the 2023-2024 school year or use ACH/Debit payments to avoid fees.
