School Social Workers
Beavercreek City Schools' Social Workers partner with students, families, administrators, and staff to support the social, emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being of students. Through collaboration, advocacy, and problem-solving, school social workers help remove barriers to learning and connect students with the resources and supports they need to succeed.
Services may include individual and small-group counseling, social-emotional support, crisis intervention, attendance support, behavioral planning, and connections to community resources. School social workers also work closely with families to help navigate challenges that may impact a student's success at school and at home.
If your child is experiencing difficulties related to school, relationships, attendance, mental health, or other personal challenges, we encourage you to contact the social worker assigned to your child's building for support and consultation.
