Coaching Requirements

The Beavercreek Board of Education requires that all coaches complete and submit verification of completion of the following to Human Resources  before starting their assignment: 

  1. Coaches Tool Chest - New yearly certification

  2. Pupil Activity Permit  - Through the Ohio Department of Education

  3. Background Check - please call Tammy Rowland at the Beavercreek Board of Education to schedule this. 937-426-1522.

Fingerprinting must be completed through the Beavercreek City Schools Central Office before any student supervision begins. For volunteers, there is no fee, and for contracted coaches, the fee is $47.25.
