School Year 2023-2024 Transportation Request

These instructions are for requesting school transportation for Beavercreek City Schools and Greene County Career Center students only. If you have a child requiring special transportation and need to make a change to your current service, contact the special needs supervisor at your child's building. For preschool students, contact Kristine Montague. To request transportation for students attending private schools, STEM, or Summit Academy, go here.
For students attending Beavercreek City Schools or the Greene County Career Center, whether or not you intend on using school transportation, we ask that you fill out this form for each of your children unless the address is in a non-transport zone. School bus transportation will only be scheduled for those families who request this service. Students will not be routed automatically.
If your student uses special transportation, or will be a Preschool student, the process has not changed (do not fill out this form).
If your child needs to ride to/from an alternate location, please keep in mind that transportation services will only be provided within their school boundary.
If your needs change before school starts, or in the middle of the school year, simply fill out the form again.
If you live in a non-transport zone, you do not need to fill out this form. The non-transport rule still applies.
If your child is an intradistrict transfer, you do not need to fill out the form. We do not transport intradistrict transfer students.
