Coy and Ankeney's school nurses, Ms. Grimm and Ms. Newport, recently visited Mrs. Bisignani's Medical Detective classes to share their knowledge about their profession and day-to-day experiences. The students were taught about HIPAA and how they take vital signs. Then, the students learned how to take blood pressure manually, listening to the blood pumping through the artery with a stethoscope.
